I’m Wendy. I’m a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Connecticut with decades of experience in the field. I have recently transitioned from working at Homes with Hope, a local non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of homelessness, to forming my own private practice.  Over more than twenty years at Homes with Hope, I had many roles. I spent years assisting low-income individuals and families navigate through personal barriers and systemic obstacles. In the process I had the pleasure of witnessing countless instances of positive change and personal growth. Private practice has allowed me to continue the important work of helping those in need, in a more personal setting. I bring a wealth of experience to a warm welcoming environment where I focus on building trust and fostering increased awareness, confidence, and self-esteem.
